Sharon was born on July 27, 1938 in Goodland, Kansas to Leonard & Marie (Bowling) Stephens.
On November 27, 1955, Sharon married her high school sweetheart Darrell Mann in Denver, Colorado. To this union, four children; Craig, Brad, Dana and Joni were born.
Sharon worked for the telephone company as an operator in her early years and she also was the Post Mistress for the Ruleton post office.
Sharon was the perfect farm wife, she drove a truck during harvest, she could help out at whatever was asked of her!
After retiring from farming, Sharon and Darrell bought Mulhem’s Jewelry Store which they ran for many years before retiring for good!
Sharon greatly enjoyed gardening especially late in life her flower beds. When her children were young she was very busy traveling with them on all their activities including Prairie Dusters, 4-H, and sports activities through high school. In later years this support continued with her grandchildren and of late her great-grandchildren. March Madness was one of her favorite times of the year and she was a big KU basketball fan! She also served on the Goodland Cemetery Board from 2002-2012.
She is survived by her children Brad (Sue) Mann, Dana (John) Murray and Joni (Barry) Guyer, 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
