On Friday, August 13th, 2021, Carolyn Irene Schritter was called home to Jesus. Her husband, children, and sons-in-law were all with her at the time of her passing. She died at Prairie Senior Living Complex in Colby, KS, where she had resided for seven years.

Carolyn gave birth to their first child, Evelyn, in 1957, their son, Neil, in 1958, and their youngest, Diane, in 1960. Carolyn served her family as a housewife and worked the family farm with Herbert. Carolyn loved being a grandmother, and was blessed with nine grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.

Carolyn was devoted to her faith in Jesus Christ. Her family takes comfort knowing that she is at peace in the loving arms of her Savior.
