Annette Lynne Lewis (Stevens), 65, passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2022 at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Lakewood, Colorado.
Annette was born on February 20, 1957 in Kansas City, Kansas to Warren and Carol (Fishbaugh) Stevens. Raised by Dale and Edna Bice from the age of 7 in and around Phillipsburg, KS, living the majority of her life around Phillipsburg, KS, Pueblo, CO and Goodland, KS.
She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great - grandchildren; she enjoyed her coffee, gardening, coffee, buffalo and her coffee.
She is survived by her three children; Lacie (Mark) Sieck of Goodland, Kansas, Thea (Kelly) Ratliff of Ogallah, Kansas, and Levi (Rebecca) Dougherty of Phillipsburg, Kansas, 6 grandchildren Garson Dougherty of Solomon, Kansas, Keaton Hoft of Branson, Missouri, Haley Dougherty of Phillipsburg, Kansas, Cordell Ratliff of Goodland, Kansas, Tristen (Hannah) Ratliff of Ogallah, Kansas and Andrew Sieck of Goodland, Kansas, and 2 great-grandchildren Emmett Ratliff of Phillipsburg, Kansas, Layten Ratliff of Ogallah, Kansas .
Preceding her in death were her previous husband Andy Russell, her son Clay Dougherty, and her two grandsons Korbon Russell, and Taylor Ratliff.
