Lifelong Kanorado, KS resident Alan Lee Billenwillms, 68, passed away at this home in Kanorado on Saturday, August 21, 2021.
Alan was born on March 11, 1953 in Burlington, Colorado to Boyd Merl and Phyllis (Lohr) Billenwillms. He was one of four children. He attended school in Kanorado and Goodland and graduated from Goodland High School in 1971.
He worked many years as a rural route mail carrier for the Postal Service as well as a farmer. He was involved in the Goodland Elks Club, Lions Club and the Goodland Alcoholics Anonymous.
On November 11, 1994, he married Linda Prochaska in Denver.
Preceding him in death were his parents, one son Mikey Billenwillms, two sisters Terri Armbruster and Bunnie Baker, as well as one cousin Mikey Mangus.
He is survived by his wife Linda of the home in Kanorado, one daughter Kim (Frank) Miller of Seibert, CO, one son Jeff (Carrie) Parrish of Centennial, CO, one brother Tom (Cynthia) Billenwillms of Kanorado, KS, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
There will be no services held at this time. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
