Lisa you will be missed by so many. What good times we had growing up together. I'm so glad you called and made me come over at Christmas to see you and meet Bronc. I will miss how you still called me by my father's nickname for me "Bird". Keep watch over us. Love you Joni

I am so sad by the news that Lisa has left this life on earth earlier than anyone expected. It has been rewarding to reconnect with her on facebook in the past couple of years. I was also privileged to see her last summer in Wakeeney and to meet Bronc as well. Lisa was one of those classmates that everyone liked. I remember her well from band and jazz band especially. I will always hold one connection that only I have--we shared the John Philip Sousa band award in '82. I was in great company. May God give you all the strength to face some tough days and weeks ahead.

So we are always of good courage. We know that while we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord, for we walk by faith, not by sight. Yes, we are of good courage, and we would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord. - 2 Corinthians 5:6-8

With our love, prayers and sympathy during this the most difficult of times. - The Cunninghams

Lisa was our best drug rep at Seneca Family Practice. Karen Hynek and Jane Beck will miss her smiling face. She was not just a drug rep, we consider her as our friend. We will not forget her laughter and smiles. Love is eternal. We wish we could have seen one more time. God holds you now. We will see you again one day

Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss of Lisa. I miss you all and will keep you in my prayers during this trying time. I moved to Hutchinson after Orland passed away. Closer to most of my kids but I miss Goodland and the people I grew to love during my 34 years there. Vickie, you and your family are so very special to me.

I originally met Lisa during a 4-H Key Award winner bus trip to Washington, DC in 1982. During our college days at K-State, we were off-campus roommates for a couple of years and even took a trip to Cancun, Mexico, together with other friends in 1987. We were attendants at our friend, Lisa Carlin’s, wedding, too. Unfortunately, we lost touch with each other after our K-State days and I only learned of Lisa’s death via the on-line edition of the Salina newspaper. Both Lisa Carlin and I send our deepest sympathies to all of you. We have many fond memories of good times shared. Mary Slagle

I also remember Lisa being so friendly and kind with our sons Roy and Warren at the Methodist Church activities during high school age times, and felt thankful that she was in their lives. We are so sorry for the grief you as a family have now, but know that God is now caring for her, and that counts highly. Our love and sympathy to all family members. Carol and Ken

To the family, friends, classmates and loved ones of Lisa, I lift you up in prayer and ask a special blessing of comfort to ease your sorrow. I know that your hearts are truly broken and even though your faith ensures you that Lisa is in Heaven... she will be missed by so many.

Lisa and I were in many classes in High School together (music - band, x-pressos...), I graduated from GHS in 1981. I can honestly say she has always been an person that was looked up to and admired.

I had only connected on Facebook with her in recent years and am so deeply saddened... she and I had made plans to have lunch at LaCasita in Salina on Saturday. I am so sad that I did not get to see her, as she passed a few days before our lunch.

She spoke with me of how much she adored her brand new grand-daughter... I hope that many who know her and spent time with her are able to share stories to share with this little one who Lisa will certainly be watching over from Heaven's shore.

Peace be with you during this Easter season.
